Although the Congo region is rich in natural resources, it is also a highly prominent breeding ground for plague-bearing mosquitoes.<\/p>\n<p><strong class=\"h3_hdng\">HIV\/Aids &amp; Reproductive Health<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"text_indent p_brdr\">Many individuals, even the youth, are affected by HIV or AIDS, especially in the African continent.
