Shields Healthcare Services Pllc (Shields HS) was established in 2010 out of a desire to build healthier communities through efficient quality patient care. In the decade since its existence, Shields HS has made great strides in reaching the company’s goal of reducing the incidence of hospital readmissions. Ninety-five percent (95%) of the organization’s patients have successfully recovered in the comfort of their homes without requiring in-patient hospital care. <\/p>\n

We are committed to providing compassionate care that promotes the well-being of our patients, their families, and the community. Our commitment lies in educating and guiding our patients on diverse disease processes and comorbidities. This empowers them to thrive, function, and attain peak health in the comfort of their own homes.<\/p>\n
