Free Administrator-In-Training (AIT) Preceptorship Program
The Administrator-In-Training (AIT) Preceptorship Program is offered free of charge as a service to the community. Individuals interested in opening a Family Care Home may complete 100 hours of shadowing with our CNA team at Ramsgate and receive a certificate of completion.
This program is the first step toward becoming a Family Care Home Owner. The State of North Carolina requires all future Family Care Home owners or operators to complete 100 hours of mandatory preceptorship before obtaining a license.
