(WSP) offers and provides customers (Clinics) with an alternative business services relationship option for diagnostic testing and patient care services that many healthcare organizations prefer over an Independent Diagnostic Testing Facility (IDTF, or “split-billing”) services business model relationship. WSP provides Contract Clinical Services and is NOT an Independent Diagnostic Testing Facility.

Contract Clinical Services with WSP

WSP provides Contract Clinical Services. WSP is NOT an Independent Diagnostic Testing Facility.

Contract Clinical Staff

WSP supplies highly qualified, professional, and experienced technical personnel and non-physician clinical personnel to support the technical component of diagnostic testing procedures and support the non-face-to-face professional component of patient care services. All WSP personnel are provided to clinic customers under long-term staffing agreement.

Leased Technologies

WSP supplies clinic customers the necessary technologies, medical devices, and/or software to support the clinic remote patient service operations under long-term lease agreement. Your clinic equipment is always the most up-to-date technology.

General Supervision by Clinic Physicians

All WSP clinical services require only *General Supervision. All WSP services are performed under requirements of General Supervision and control furnished by clinic physicians and clinical staff contractual customers. WSP clinic’s dedicated staff are an extension of the clinic customer clinical team.

Services Fees and Insurance Reimbursement Processing

As per the Contract Clinical Services agreement, WSP submits monthly services invoices directly to the healthcare provider (Clinic) for technical equipment lease and professional labor support.

Under a WSP Contract Clinical Services relationship, the Clinic is responsible to process and submit all reimbursement claims (Professional and Technical) and patient co-pays associated with WSP diagnostic testing services support and patient care services support to Medicare, private insurance carriers, and patients. WSP does not independently bill Medicare, private insurance carriers, or patients for any WSP services provided. Under a WSP Contract Clinical Services relationship, the *Anti-markup Rule payment limitation on reimbursement for services does not apply.
