career as a family medicine physician in India. After immigrating to the United States, she served as Project Manager for Allstate Corporation where she directed and developed corporate initiatives involving
industry compliance and risk management. Furthering her PM skills, she became Director of Project Management at LifeWatch Corporation, where she was instrumental in the technological development and clinical
operation implementation of the company proprietary wireless mobile cardiac monitoring systems (Mobile Cardiac Telemetry MCT) throughout the nation. After this successful development and implementation, Dr.
Shah was promoted to Director of Clinical Research Services where she was responsible for all clinical operations, regulatory compliance, and project management for the performance of investigational research
trials for industry leading pharmaceutical, medical device, and contract research organizations worldwide. Additionally, Dr. Shah completed her certification as a Microsoft Certified Software Developer
(MCSD). Having further educational aspirations in the healthcare industry, Dr. Shah received her MBA specializing in Healthcare Management and immediately Founded her first healthcare business, Soul Care
Services, Inc. dba Bridging Care Home Health Plus providing expansive home health services throughout Illinois. Dr. Shah co-founded and was President of Care for Soul providing adult/elderly in-home services
and programs through the Illinois Department of Aging. She then founded and currently operates BridgeCare, Inc., a home visiting primary care physician practice. Dr. Shah’s most recent business development is
the Foundation of Wellness Strategic Partners, Inc., (WSP) an independent health and wellness organization focusing on technologies and services to nationally provide remote patient monitoring and chronic
care management making healthcare accessible, high-quality and client centered. It is evident that Dr. Shah is overtly passionate about bringing quality healthcare services to those in need and contributes
her leadership skills to reducing the overall burden and costs to the healthcare system. She believes that effective and timely communication between the healthcare team and the patient is the cornerstone of
efficient healthcare services.

Dan started his Healthcare Management career in Cardiac Rhythm Management as a Marketing Analyst with implantable device development industry leader, Minneapolis-based Cardiac Pacemakers, Inc. (CPI) Guidant
Corporation (now Boston Scientific Corporation). Following Guidant, Dan held Executive Management roles with industry-leading Ambulatory Cardiac Monitoring Technology and Services provider organizations;
Cardguard Scientific Survival/LifeWatch Cardionet (BioTel Heart), Scottcare Corporation, and vitaphone e-Health solutions. Dan was the Founder/CEO of Minneapolis-based Agility Centralized Research Services,
Inc., (ACRS) a world-wide, clinical research services provider of Remote Patient Monitoring technology, analysis services, and project management to industry-leading pharmaceutical, medical device developers,
contract research, and academic research organizations across the healthcare industry. ACRS was acquired by and is currently a wholly-owned subsidiary of publicly traded, BioTel Heart, Inc. Dan pursued his
undergraduate degree in Marketing and Finance at the University of St. Thomas in Minneapolis and St. Paul, Minnesota, with continued educational pursuits.

20 plus years medical industry experience as a Registered and Licensed Dietician Nutritionist (RDN/LDN), Certified Diabetes Educator (CDE) and Certified Health Coach (CHC), Judy began her early career experiences in hospital critical care, then moved on to outpatient care with the Endocrinology department at Mayo Clinic AZ where she provided diabetes self-management education and training. She was also a team member of the Heart Health and Performance Program at Mayo and supported their cardiac rehab program. Judy relocated to the Chicago area where she developed and coordinated Soul Care Service’s AADE accredited Diabetes Self Management Education (DSME) program, the first accredited program in the state providing these services to people in their home. She continued growth with Dr. Shah in developing and managing BridgeCare, Inc. Medical Nutrition Services department. Most recently, she spearheaded expanding Soul Care’s business by adding virtual health coaching services and currently oversees program development, policy and procedures, software development and training for all three of Dr. Shah’s companies.
Judy received her Bachelor’s degree in Dietetics from University of California, Davis completing her dietetic internship through University of California, Berkeley.
